Excel DeriLive Ribbon

The Excel DeriLive Ribbon is a group of buttons dedicated to the acquisition of live feeds that appear at the top of the Excel window when Deriscope has been loaded.
In default mode, the Deriscope DLLs are not automatically loaded when Excel starts and only the Excel Deriscope Ribbon appears.
But as soon as Deriscope is loaded, a ribbon item named DeriLive appears next to the Deriscope item.
Selecting that item, the following group of buttons appears:

Each supported Live Feeds provider has its own the three buttons - shown below for the Yahoo Finance provider - that allow several operation related to that provider.
