Subtype of Use Dynamic Arrays

Deriscope assumes the running Excel session supports dynamic arrays, even if this is not the case.
As a result, all generated formulas that return arrays are pasted without the special prefix symbol @.
This results in formula outputs being dynamic arrays only if the running Excel session does support dynamic arrays.
Otherwise, the formulas return in a single cell only the top-left element of their normal array output.
