Subtype of Calculation Mode

This setting instructs Deriscope to respect whatever calculation mode Excel is currently running under.
Note this may be other than manual or automatic.
It also instructs Deriscope to respect the setting in global Excel Options that controls whether a workbook should be automatically recalculated - if needed - before being saved.
