Subtype of Failed Feed Treatment

Failed feeds get discarded as long as some previous healthy feed has been received so that they do not replace that previous feed.
If no healthy feed has been ever received, an output produced according the rule specified in Display Of Failed Feed
This is the recommended rule as it guarrantees the existence of healthy data, provided that such healthy data have been received at least once.
