Subtype of Update Handle Suffix

The numerical suffix of a handle name will be always incremented as soon as the its containing spreadsheet cell gets recalculated.
A recalculation of the spreadsheet cell containing the handle will therefore result in a new displayed text due to the suffix increment, even if the object pointed by the handle experiences no change.
This setting may cause unnecessary propagation of calculation requests through the chain of dependent spreadsheet cells, but it has two advantages:
1) During a sheet-wide recalculation, handle-containing cells provide visual reassurance that they have been processed.
2) Overall operation speed may be faster due to the lack of need to compare the various object contents.
