This type represents a trading blotter, which is a repository of data that define a set of trading transactions.
A Blotter object is very lightweight.
It contains only the bare minimum of data required to fully create all the Tradable objects that correspond to the trading transactions, if and when the latter are needed.
In particular, the local function function Get Portfolio can be used to generate a Portfolio out of a given Blotter object.
